Welcome to Hotel Golden Orange, operated by The Golden Orange Hospitality, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. By accessing this website, making a reservation, or staying at the hotel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Hotel Information

Hotel Golden Orange operates a 32-room property comprising Deluxe and Executive rooms, together with a conference hall.
2. Reservations
Reservations may be made through the hotel's website, participating online travel agencies, walk-in booking, telephone communication, or other authorized booking channels.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
The reservation details shown at the time of booking, including room type, occupancy, rate, taxes, applicable inclusions and cancellation conditions, will form part of the booking agreement.
The hotel reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, false information, unauthorized payment activity or violation of hotel policy, subject to applicable law.
3. Payment
Hotel Golden Orange requires 100% payment before check-in unless an expressly authorized exception applies.
Accepted payment methods include:
Cash
Debit/Credit Card and card swipe
QR/UPI payments
Online payment methods made available through the hotel's booking system
Guests must ensure that payment information provided during booking is accurate.
All applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be displayed or communicated as applicable to the booking.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard Check-In: 12:00 PM
Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in is subject to room availability and may be subject to applicable charges.
Late check-out is subject to room availability and hotel approval. Applicable half-day or other charges may apply after the permitted check-out period.
The hotel may require a valid identity document and confirmation of payment before completing check-in.
5. Cancellation and No-Show
Direct/online booking cancellations are 100% refundable, subject to the cancellation conditions displayed with the applicable reservation.
No-show reservations are non-refundable.
Where a booking is made through an OTA or another third-party platform, the cancellation, refund and payment terms applicable to that booking channel will also apply.
Refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed through the relevant payment channel and may be subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider or booking platform.
6. Guest Identification and Registration
Valid government-issued identification is compulsory for guests staying at the hotel.
The hotel may accept valid government-issued photo identification such as:
Aadhaar Card
Voter ID
Driving Licence
Passport
Other valid government-issued photo identification
Additional documentation may be required where required by law or applicable government regulations.
Foreign guests may be required to provide passport, visa and other applicable documents and information.
7. Guest Eligibility
Guests must provide truthful information during booking and check-in.
Persons below 18 years of age are not permitted to stay without appropriate parental or responsible-adult supervision and required documentation.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation where legal, identification, safety or occupancy requirements are not satisfied.
8. Occupancy and Extra Guests
Unless specifically approved or stated otherwise, maximum occupancy is two guests per room.
Children below 10 years of age may stay complimentary subject to the applicable room occupancy conditions.
Guests aged 10 years and above are charged as applicable.
Where an extra bed is approved, the standard extra-bed charge is ₹500 per bed, unless a different rate is displayed or expressly agreed.
The hotel may refuse additional occupancy where the maximum permitted occupancy has been reached.
9. Visitors
Registered guests may receive visitors subject to hotel rules and security requirements.
Visitors may be required to:
provide valid identification at reception;
register their visit;
comply with hotel security procedures.
Standard visitor access ends at 8:00 PM, unless otherwise authorized by hotel management.
The hotel may restrict visitor access where required for guest safety, security, privacy or compliance.
10. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward other guests, employees and hotel property.
The following are not permitted:
Excessive noise or disturbance
Heavy music between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM
Threatening, abusive or disruptive behaviour
Illegal activities
Misuse of hotel facilities or property
Conduct that creates a safety, security or reputational risk
The hotel may take appropriate action, including requiring a guest to leave the property, where serious misconduct occurs, subject to applicable law.
11. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or reception areas.
Guests may be charged for cleaning, restoration or damage resulting from smoking where applicable.
12. Pets
Pets are not permitted on the hotel premises unless expressly authorized by management.
13. Outside Food
Outside food is permitted.
Guests may order food from outside vendors and have it delivered to their room, subject to normal delivery and security procedures.
Hotel Golden Orange does not represent outside food as hotel-prepared food and is not responsible for the quality, ingredients, preparation, delivery or suitability of food supplied by third-party vendors.
14. Room Service Crockery
Where available, the hotel may provide crockery or cutlery for consumption of food in guest rooms at no additional charge.
Guests are responsible for returning hotel property and may be charged for loss or damage.
15. Room Damage and Missing Property
Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their visitors or persons under their control.
Any applicable damage, loss or replacement charges must be settled before checkout or otherwise as directed by management.
Where appropriate, the hotel may inspect the room and hotel property following checkout.
Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel will handle guest property in accordance with applicable law and its Lost & Found procedures.
16. Room Key/Card
A charge of ₹250 per lost room card applies.
Guests must immediately report a lost room card to reception.
17. Room Inspection at Checkout
The hotel may inspect the room and its contents after checkout to identify damage, missing hotel property or other issues.
Guests should remove all personal belongings before leaving.
After checkout and departure, the hotel cannot accept responsibility for personal items left behind except as required by applicable law or where handled under the hotel's Lost & Found procedure.
18. Rates, Discounts and Offers
Room rates may vary based on date, demand, season, room type, booking channel and approved promotions.
Special rates or discounts may apply to corporate bookings, promotional campaigns or other approved arrangements.
The hotel reserves the right to change future rates and promotional offers.
The rate applicable to a confirmed reservation will be governed by the reservation confirmation and applicable booking terms.
Coupons and promotional codes are subject to the conditions under which they are issued.
19. OTA Bookings
Bookings made through MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda or other third-party platforms are also subject to that platform's applicable booking terms.
Rates, discounts, cancellation rules and payment procedures may differ between channels.
Hotel Golden Orange does not authorize any unofficial person or third party to alter its published hotel rates or booking terms.
20. Corporate Bookings
Corporate bookings may be offered specially negotiated rates or breakfast-inclusive arrangements subject to approval and availability.
Unless specifically authorized otherwise, the hotel's standard payment requirements continue to apply.
21. Breakfast
Breakfast is included where expressly stated in the applicable room package or booking.
For plans where breakfast is not included, the standard breakfast charge is:
₹475 per person
Breakfast is provided as a fixed-menu service and is not a buffet.
Breakfast availability and service times may vary and will be communicated where applicable.
22. Conference Hall
Hotel Golden Orange has a conference hall with a maximum standard capacity of approximately 20 persons.
Standard booking slots are:
Day: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
The hotel provides the standard table, chairs and available television/presentation facility.
Catering is arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed.
Custom packages, negotiated pricing and special arrangements are subject to hotel approval.
23. Availability and Changes
Room and conference hall availability is subject to the hotel's actual inventory.
The hotel may make reasonable operational changes where necessary, including room allocation changes, maintenance closures or other operational requirements, while making reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience.
24. Guest Privacy
Guest information is treated as confidential and processed in accordance with the hotel's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Guests should not share confidential information, access credentials or payment information with unauthorized persons claiming to represent the hotel.
25. Website Information
The hotel aims to keep its website information accurate and current. However, photographs, descriptions, amenities, facilities, rates and other information may change from time to time.
The website does not guarantee that every feature displayed will be available at every moment.
26. Third-Party Links and Services

28. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, government action, civil disturbance, major utility failures or other events of force majeure, subject to applicable law.
29. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in India.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Guests may contact Hotel Golden Orange directly regarding complaints or disputes before pursuing other available remedies.

Hotel Golden Orange may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
